Coaches and Entrepreneurs Cracking the Code: What Profitable Share

by Terra  - January 26, 2016

Systems should not be scary. Let's just take the mystery out of "systems" right now. Business systems aren't something that only big businesses have or something you should feel you don't "need" right now in your own business (unless you just see your business as a "hobby".)

Oftentimes, women entrepreneurs just feel overwhelmed when they hear the word "Systems” - it’s enough to make them want to hide under their desks. Don't be scared or confused...instead keep reading because I am going to break it down for you.

Business Systems are cool.

Creating your customized business systems should be crazy exciting for you because, at the end of the day, you will save tons of time and make more profit. (I mean...that makes me crazy-excited!)

Let's start with a clear understanding of what a system is and what it is not
  • A system is a set of processes according to which something is done that build upon each other.
  • A system is simply an organized process (or method) to reach a goal that is made up of tasks.
  • A single system has multiple processes.
  • A single process is made up of multiple tasks.

And...just like Olivia Pope, those tasks need to be “handled.”

But guess what? You get to decide how those tasks are handled.

You can either do the task, dump the task, or delegate the task to someone else.

Great...so why is your business begging you for systems? Here’s the truth:

Your business WANTS to run like a well-oiled machine because it’s EASIER.

Who doesn’t like easier? I do.
